There is a tough competition going on in Bollywood and Tollywood cinema. Although Bollywood stars are seen debuting in South films and South stars are debuting in Hindi films, but even after this the debate of North vs South cinema is increasing. For a long time, only a few Bollywood films are winning the hearts of the audience and the rest are getting added to the list of flops. At the same time, now on this debate, actress Kajal Aggarwal, who has worked in both the industries, has been seen breaking the silence and telling the difference between them.
On Thursday, Kajal Aggarwal became a part of a media summit. Meanwhile, the actress talked about the difference between Hindi cinema and the four industries down south – Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. The actress said about this thing, “Many people dream of starting their career in Hindi. The reason behind this is the recognition of this language across the country.”
Kajal Aggarwal praised the South industry further saying, “It is very approachable, South has brilliant technicians, amazing directors and phenomenal content that is produced in all four languages – Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.” Kajal Aggarwal further added in her talk, “Of course, Hindi has been our mother tongue. We have grown up watching Hindi films. I must admit that it has been very kind to me too, although I like the eco-system, ethics, values, discipline of South Industry, which I do not see in Hindi cinema.”
As soon as this statement of Kajal came to the fore, it got covered in the headlines. While many people praised Kajal’s statement, some people were seen taking a jibe at it. Netizens believe that after this statement, unnecessary war will break out between Bollywood and South again.
