Mammootty’s latest Mollywood release, Bramayugam, is sailing steadily at the Indian box office during weekdays and is aiming to emerge as a good commercial success for the Malayalam film industry. Currently, the film stands at 17.95 crores net at the Indian box office. The Mammootty starrer is reportedly made on a limited budget of 15 crores. If compared with the domestic collection of 17.95 crores net, we can see that the film has already earned an ROI (return on investment) of 2.95 crores after recovering the cost involved. If calculated, it equals 19.66% returns.

So, Bramayugam is already in a safe zone, as per basic box office norms, but it will need to add a few more crores to emerge as a good commercial success. By the end of the week, the film will be a clean box office success, and it will be interesting to see how far it goes after that.
