She underwent numerous surgeries, chemotherapy and treatment, and came out stronger in mid-2014 after defeating the life-threatening disease.

Manisha made a comeback with Sanju (2018) and the Netflix movie Lust Stories (2018). She was last seen in the film Shehzada, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon. Next, she will soon be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Heeramandi which is one of the most anticipated projects of the year.
