As per reports, the veteran actor was slapped by Bollywood superstar Dharmendra at a party.
Dharmendra has always been in the news for throwing parties during the 1970s and 1980s. At one of his parties, Sanjay Khan was also invited. It was reported that Sanjay Khan had drunk so much alcohol that he got carried away and started badmouthing other actors in the industry. Initially, Dharmendra tried to calm him down politely, but when he said something wrong about veteran actor Om Prakash, Dharmendra lost his cool and reportedly slapped Sanjay hard.
Everyone at the party was shocked to see what had happened. The news then went to Sanjay Khan’s elder brother, Feroz Khan. Later, Dharmendra realised his mistake and apologised to Sanjay Khan. He even went to Feroz Khan’s house and apologised to him as well.
Sanjay Khan’s name has always been associated with the famous actress Zeenat Aman. Both of them met on the sets of the film Abdullah. There was a lot of discussion about their affair. It was also speculated that both of them got married in Jaisalmer in 1978 but neither of them ever confirmed this officially.
Soon, the news of their separation also started making headlines. Sanjay Kapoor was already married when his name was associated with Zeenat Aman. The popular actress had also accused him of physically assaulting her but the actor had denied all the allegations.
