We Are In A Temple: Jayam Ravi On Thalapathy Viay’s Political Party

Tamil actor Jayam Ravi is currently busy with the promotion of his upcoming movie, Siren. It is written and directed by Antony Bhagyaraj, while the music is by GV Prakash Kumar. Jayam Ravi and Keerthy Suresh are playing the lead roles in the movie. Apart from the lead characters, actors Yogi Babu and Anupama Parameswaran are also playing prominent roles in the film. The movie is slated to release in theatres on February 16.
Before the release of the movie, the actor Jayam Ravi went to Tirupati Temple to seek blessings from Lord Venkateshwara for the success of the movie. While he was exiting the temple, the reporters started throwing questions about his future projects and opinions on Thalapathy Vijay’s political venture.
Thalapathy Vijay, a renowned actor in the Tamil cinema industry, recently announced the formation of the political party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, after stating his commitment to fundamental political change in the state. It is currently creating a buzz in the entertainment industry. Various actors are asked about their opinions on this matter. Jayam Ravi, too, came under the radar of the reporters after he was asked for his opinion on Thalapathy Vijay’s political venture. To this end, Jayam Ravi got furious and asked the reporters not to ask such questions in the temple.
“I am in the temple. Can we ask such questions in the temple?“ Jayam Ravi said. He further told reporters to ask him about his future projects and upcoming movie, Siren. “Even if you ask about my film, it’s okay. Ask me a question about the film I am acting in. I will answer,” added Jayam Ravi. However, the reporters kept pressing him to share his views on Thalapathy Vijay’s decision. He left the temple without answering the question.
While leaving, the actor shared that the Siren movie is releasing on February 16. “After that, I have films like Brother and Genie. The shooting of Mani Ratnam’s Thug Life will begin in March,” said Jayam Ravi while sharing updates about his upcoming movie releases. Jayam Ravi is playing the character of an ambulance driver in the movie Siren. He has been accused of murder. Keerthy Suresh is playing the role of a cop.
