Rumour has it that Triptii Dimri might be dating Sam Merchant, a model-turned-businessman.
Triptii Dimri caused quite a stir when she lit up the screen alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Animal. Affectionately dubbed the National Crush by fans, she recently dropped news about her next big project, this time teaming up with Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. She also wrapped up Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Kartik Aaryan.
On the personal front, rumour has it that Triptii might be smitten with Sam Merchant, a model-turned-businessman. The rumours began doing the rounds after their cozy photos at a wedding went viral on social media. And to top it off, Triptii even sent Sam a sweet birthday shoutout not long back, fueling the speculation further. Sam had won the Gladrags Manhunt Contest back in 2002 before diving into the hospitality scene, setting up beach clubs and hotels in Goa, where the both of them are seemingly holidaying at the moment.
Triptii dropped photos from Goa on her Instagram Stories and Sam, too, shared photos from the exact location on his account. Fans have been sharing the photos and speculating that they are indeed vacationing together. Last week, Triptii was seen celebrating Holi with Sam in Mumbai. She was seen enjoying the festivities smeared in colourful gulal at a posh hotel in Juhu. Last week, she was also spotted with him at a grocery store.
Coming to her film, Vicky Kaushal recently set the internet abuzz after he teased his fans about a new project with Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk. Later, filmmaker Karan Johar, who is backing the film with his production house, made an official announcement of the film’s title. The film titled Bad Newz is all set to hit the theatres this July. Triptii, meanwhile, is enjoying the success of Animal. Released in December 2023, the film also starred Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. Triptii’s chemistry with Ranbir in the movie was widely loved by all. Apart from Bad Newz, she will also be seen in Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
