Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya Box Office Collection Day 15: Stays Very Good On 3rd Friday!
It was a very good third Friday for Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, as 2.70 crores came in. When compared to last Friday, which brought in 3.21 crores, this is a very good hold. Films typically drop by more than 50% on a week-by-week basis, and here, the collections haven’t dipped much.
Of course, this is helped by the fact that it was Cinema Lovers’ Day yesterday, and with tickets priced at just Rs. 99, there was renewed interest in the film. That said, there was also competition from Article 370 and Crakk, both of which opened quite well and brought in around 10 crores between them. For the Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer to still hold so well is a testimony to the fact that there is still a lot of interest amongst the target audience.
What needs to happen from this point on is for the momentum to continue well into the rest of the weekend. This has happened on the first two Saturdays as well when the collections have jumped so well, and though the quantum of jump won’t be as big this time around since a large volume of audiences has watched the film on Friday, it would still come out to be a good number with 3 crores mark all set to be crossed. This would also take Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya past the 75 crores mark as it already has 72.58 crores in its kitty.
