David Beckham recently attended the India vs New Zealand semi-final match at Mumbai’s Wankhede stadium.
David Beckham recently visited India for the ICC World Cup semi-final match between India and New Zealand. He was on a three-day visit to India as part of his tour as UNICEF’s Goodwill Ambassador. His arrival in Mumbai was all things joyous for fans and especially for BTown.
The legendary footballer recently attended a private bash at superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s residence. The bash was also attended by Anil Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Anand Ahuja and others. From the party, Anand Ahuja shared a interesting group photo featuring their feets. Sharing the photo, he wrote, “Mumbai nights (full moon with face emojis). ‘We won’t be distracted by comparison, if we’re captivated by purpose’.”

Anand tagged Anil Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan and kids Suhana KHan and Aryan Khan in the pictures. The photo featured their footwears. While Aryan wore silver sneakers, his dad Shah Rukh wore white ones. The other celebs were seen wearing formal footwear.
Prior to this, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja also hosted a star-studded grand welcome party for former English footballer. The party was attended by several Bollywood celebrities including Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Karisma Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Farhan Akhtar and more. The star-studded event also saw the presence of Shibani Dandekar, Farhan Akhtar, and other notable personalities from the entertainment industry.
Besides this, David also visited the Antilla on Thursday. Mumbai Indians owners Ambani family welcomed David to their residence, and they gifted the legendary footballer a custom-made Mumbai Indians ‘number 7’ jersey. A picture of his visit was also shared on social media. Check it out here:
David Beckham attended the India vs New Zealand semi-final and met Sachin Tendulkar. He was also seen seated alongside the Bollywood couple Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. One picture shows the trio standing, clapping, and cheering enthusiastically for Team India.
