Malayalam stalwart Dileep is known for his remarkable acting prowess in the films Sound Thoma, Kunjikkoonan, etc. He is now eagerly anticipating the release of his film, Pavi Caretaker, directed by Vineeth Kumar which was in the production stage for some time. Now, he has unveiled the release date of this film on Instagram with a poster, i.e., April 26, 2024. The poster shows Dileep in the attire of a housing society caretaker and security guard Pavithran and various actresses dressed in different outfits.
Fans were delighted to know about the release date and wished the cast and crew of Pavi Caretaker in the comment section. The cast of this film stars Vineeth Kumar, Radhika Sarathkumar, Johny Antony, Dharmajan Bolgatty and others. Rajesh Raghavan is associated with this film as a writer and Grand Productions has produced this film.
The trailer of the film also grabbed the headlines after Saregama Malayalam unveiled it on February 14. It shows glimpses of Radhika and Dharmajan. Pavithran is depicted as a happy and calm person who prefers solitude, and the trailer ends with him blushing in anticipation of meeting a woman he has never seen before. The trailer has garnered more than 2 million views.

In an exclusive interview with Manorama Online, the Sound Thoma actor said, “I have great respect for the actress for overcoming the incident but I am sad to note her silence on this matter. She’s active on social media, at least she could have cleared my name by putting up a post on Facebook. I couldn’t take the allegation. I even thought of ending my life. But it was the thought of my daughter, Meenakshi, that kept me away from committing suicide … forced me to live on”.
