Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham Jr have reportedly called it quits after dating for seven months. While the couple is no longer romantically involved, they remain friends, as per the reports. If reports are to be believed, the couple broke up following Kim’s commitment to work and mommy duties.
A source, while speaking to ET, informed, “Kim and Odell have been doing their own things lately. Kim is so busy and hasn’t been putting any pressure on herself to be committed to anyone or in a serious relationship. She is all about being a hands-on mom.”
Speaking about the friendship between the two, the source added, “Kim and Odell have always been open and honest about their future, whether that be together or separate. They had a good thing and there aren’t any hard feelings on either side. They started as friends and still are. They will continue to be respectful of each other’s spaces, careers, families, and friends.”
The linkup rumours between the 43-year-old SKIMS founder and the 31-year-old NFL star first made rounds last year in September 2023. The Kardashian star was spotted multiple times with the athlete, further fuelling the speculations. Their connection seemingly got intense over time, evident from their appearances at birthday parties and exclusive Super Bowl gatherings.
Notably, their shared attendance at a pre-Grammy Awards bash and Vanity Fair’s 2024 Oscars after-party in Los Angeles hinted at a more than casual relationship. Earlier this year, the former lovebirds apparently turned the Super Bowl into a date night and were captured in the lobby of Las Vegas’ Wynn Hotel a day before the big game.
While Kim was open to welcoming love in her life, her priority remained children. Notably, Kim is blessed with four children North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm with her ex-husband Kanye West.
As for Odell, the athlete is currently looking for his next team in the NFL. The Super Bowl champion previously has been a pivotal part of the New York Giants, Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams and the Baltimore Ravens. Before Kim, Odell was linked to model Lauren Wood. They reportedly dated from 2019 to 2023 and even welcomed a 2-year-old son named Zyn.
