Farah Khan said that it’s a good thing that Manish gives out clothes for his Diwali party since people can watch A-listers wearing them.

Bollywood’s Diwali parties are always a star-studded affair with the best of food and fashion. Speaking of fashion, every year, ace designer Manish Malhotra hosts a grand bash to celebrate the festival of lights. This year as well he hosted a Diwali party with many big Bollywood names in attendance. Manish’s party kicked off the Diwali party season in Bollywood this year. Now, Farah Khan has given insights into the stunning fashion choices of the celebs.

Farah On Manish’s Diwali Party

Speaking to Bharti Singh, Farah said, “At Manish’s party, he had given clothes to everyone. But woh humne next day return kar diye (we returned them to next day).” This left Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa surprised.

Farah added, “Everyone tells him that they are coming so if he can please make an outfit for them. But in a way, it is good for Manish also, because people are able to see his designs. It is almost like a fashion show with A-listers wearing his clothes and coming.”

This Year’s Guest List

Manish Malhotra’s Diwali party this year was attended by the likes of Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Rekha, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Radhika Madan, Sonam Kapoor, Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur among others.

Farah’s Upcoming Project

Meanwhile, on the work front, according to a report in Pinkvilla, Farah Khan is collaborating with Shah Rukh Khan for a script similar to Main Hoon Naa. A source close to the development shared with them, “Farah is working on an out-and-out multi-genre script on the lines of Main Hoon Na to be produced by Shah Rukh Khan. The narrations on the same will take place with the stakeholders at Red Chillies soon.”

She is also in talks with Bhushan Kumar and Rohit Shetty for two separate films. Coming to Bhushan Kumar’s film, reportedly, Farah has locked a script for a 2.0 version of Chupke Chupke.
