‘Did My Part’: Actress Anasuya Bharadwaj Posts Her Voting Selfie

AAmid the ongoing Telangana assembly elections, she posted a selfie showing her finger to indicate she has cast her vote.
Tollywood celebrities, on Thursday, were spotted taking a break from their busy shooting schedules and performing their civic duty by exercising their right to vote. The Telangana assembly elections were held on November 30, 2023, and the vote counting will be done on December 3, 2023. From Nagarjuna, Nani, Sai Dharam Tej to Anasuya Bharadwaj, many stepped out to cast their votes. Actress Anasuya Bharadwaj is quite busy with her movie schedules of late. After quitting anchoring, she limited herself to movies and has been winning the hearts of the audience, one movie at a time. Now, amid the ongoing Telangana assembly elections, she posted a selfie showing her finger to indicate she has cast her vote.
Anasuya Bharadwaj was dressed in a black and white kurti. She paired it with a simple yet printed dupatta. Just like her attire, she kept her makeup subtle as well. She opted for bare skin with a slight blush and nude lipstick. She can be seen sporting black shades and adorned with a black bindi. For accessories, she opted for small colourful jhumka and a stack of rings. She showed her index finger, which bears the mark of the vote ink.
Her caption read, “Did my part.. did you?” She also used the hashtag Telangana Elections 2023. Her fans and admirers were happy to see her photo and the fact that she cast her vote. A user commented, “Good. I’m proud of you.” Another fan wrote, “Superb didi.” Many even asked her about whom she voted for.
Apart from her, Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Rana Daggubati, Nani, Sai Dharam Tej and many others were spotted at the voting booths. Sai Dharam Tej also posted on X (formerly known as Twitter). He wrote, “Exercised My ‘Right’eous responsibility for my state and my country…did you vote ???”
Other stars like Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, Venkatesh, Jr NTR, Srikanth and others cast their vote. In an interview, megastar Chiranjeevi said that everyone should cast their votes. Allu Arjun too urged everyone to come and cast their vote responsibly.
