Article 370 Box Office Collection Day 3: Yami Gautam Delivers A Good Weekend
Article 370 has done very well over the weekend, with over 25 crore coming in. The film took a very good start on Friday, with Cinema Lovers Day aiding some part of the footfalls. Then, on Saturday, it grew huge, and now, on Sunday, it has consolidated all the more, hence announcing loudly and clearly that the film is here to stay.
In a film like this, which is quite class-appealing and caters primarily to the multiplex audience, a day-on-day growth like this promises an overall healthy lifetime, and that’s what will come for the Aditya Dhar film. This was seen on Sunday as well when 10.25 crore came in.
The fact that Article 370 has crossed the 10 crore mark is worthy enough of bigger celebrations since a film like this seldom scores in double digits. In fact, a few geopolitical dramas in the past have struggled for even 10 crore lifetime, and here it has done that in a single day. Considering all of that, the film has done really well and is set for many other glories now.

Currently, the Yami Gautam-led film stands at 26.45 crore, which is a very healthy three-day total. If anything over 4 crore comes in today, then that would be quite good for it. It may seem like a drop from Friday [6.12 crore], but that number was also aided to some extent by Cinema Lovers Day.
The film would be looking at adding 14-15 crore more during the weekdays, and that will take it past the 40 crore mark once the first week comes to a close.
