Ankita Lokhande schooled the media for their behavior at a film screening recently.
Ankita Lokhande lashed out at media personnel at a film screening recently. She was seen standing at the door of the hall and asking them to maintain decorum. The video has gone viral online in no time.
Ankita Lokhande told the media, “Listen, film chal rahi hai, bahar chaliye. This is not right ya. This is really not done. Film chal rahi hai andar. Thoda sa rakh lo yaar, kya baat hai yeh?” From the video, it seemed like they were trying to enter the hall when Ankita checked them for their behaviour.

After a successful stint in Salman Khan’s popular reality show Bigg Boss 17, Ankita is currently seen in Randeep Hooda’s film Swatantra Veer Savarkar. Randeep has not only headlined but also directed the film. Ankita plays Randeep’s wife in the film. The film has been released today and opened with mixed reviews.
News18 gave the film 3/5 stars. The review read, “The film mostly stays true to his story until the Kaala Paani sentence and even a little after that. However, when the political career bit starts to shape, Randeep Hooda takes creative liberty and shows scenes that might have not panned out in real life. The film features a scene in which Bhagat Singh meets Savarkar, an incident that isn’t backed with historical evidence. It also hints at the narrative that Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was inspired by Savarkar and sought his guidance while making a crucial political move. There is no evidence of this either and to top it off, last year, Netaji’s grandnephew Chandra Kumar Bose himself clarified that this was untrue. Given that it is a biopic, the film fails to stay true to history and it is heartbreaking.”
