Kareena Kapoor Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran unveil their intense cop avatars in Daayra solo posters –

Daayra Solo Posters of Kareena Kapoor Khan & Prithviraj Sukumaran:

The makers of Daayra have unveiled the individual character posters of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran, giving audiences a closer look at their roles in the upcoming film.

Kareena Kapoor Khan plays DCP Ajooni Kohli and looks powerful and commanding in her first poster. With an intense expression and a no-nonsense attitude, she makes a strong impression as a police officer. The backdrop of moving trucks adds a sense of urgency to the visual, while police tape running across the Daayra logo adds to the mystery surrounding the story.

Prithviraj Sukumaran, meanwhile, will be seen as DCP Raman Kumar. His poster presents him in a quieter but equally intense avatar. Set in a large grass field during what appears to be a press conference, the poster shows Raman Kumar at the centre of a tense situation. His stern look hints at the anger and pressure his character may be dealing with.

Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Meghna Gulzar, Daayra is inspired by true events. The film has been written by Yash Keswani, Sima Agarwal and Meghna Gulzar. The project also marks the first collaboration between Junglee Pictures and Pen Studios. It is Meghna Gulzar’s third film with Junglee Pictures after Talvar and Raazi.

Produced by Junglee Pictures and Dr. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios, Daayra will be distributed by Pen Marudhar. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on 18th September 2026. The makers will unveil the trailer of Daayra on 31st August 2026. Set your clocks for Monday noon right now.
