Sohail Khan recently rented out a shop in Bandra for a starting monthly rent of ₹16.89 lakh.

Sohail Khan has leased out a commercial space in Bandra to The Irish House Food and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. for a period of five years, according to reports. With the rent starting at Rs 16.89 lakh per month, the deal is set to earn him around Rs 10.3 crore over the full term. Details of the agreement were accessed through the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website by a property information platform.

According to documents from the IGR, Sohail Khan has rented out a shop in Gasper Enclave, Bandra, with a built-up area of 1,290.57 sq. ft. The rental deal includes a security deposit of Rs 60 lakh, stamp duty of Rs 2.67 lakh, and registration charges of Rs 1,000.

As per property portal Square Yards, the agreement spans 60 months and includes a structured rent hike. For the first three years, the rent is Rs 16.89 lakh per month, which will rise to Rs 17.73 lakh for the final two years. Interestingly, the shop was originally bought by Sohail in April 2009 for Rs 3.11 crore.

Sohail Khan is the son of veteran screenwriter Salim Khan and his first wife, Salma Khan. Over the years, Sohail has appeared in several films including Krishna Cottage, Tubelight, Fight Club – Members Only, God Tussi Great Ho, Veer, Hello, Heroes, and Main Aurr Mrs Khanna. Most recently, he featured in the Telugu film Arjun Son of Vyjayanthi, directed by Pradeep Chilukuri.
