‘Puri Muslim Ban Jao’; Swara Bhasker Trolled For Marrying Political Activist Fahad Ahmed!

Bollywood actress Swara Bhaskar who is known for speaking her heart out and expressing her opinion openly has got settled with a Samajwadi Party political activist Fahad Ahmed in a court marriage. She announced her alliance with the love of her life on social media.

In the video posted by Swara, she is heard telling how she met Fahad for the first time during a protest. During that time, both of them took a selfie photo together. After this, Fahad invited Swara to his sister’s wedding and slowly their friendship turned into love

Alongside the clip, Swara wrote, “Sometimes you look for the one far but he is right next to you. We were searching for love, but we became friends first and then we fell for each other. Welcome to my heart Fahad Ahmed. I am a bit chaotic, but I am yours!”

As soon as Swara opened up on her secret marriage with Fahad, the actress has come under the target of trolls. While some congratulated the newlyweds, some others gave their marriage an angle of ‘Love jihad’.

One user taunted, “Well done, puri Muslim ban jao.” Another stated, “Thik hai, yeh hamari koi khaas product nahi this. Hamein koi parwah nahi, yeh hindu thi hi nahi.” A third one joked, “Honeymoon to fridge with 35 pieces.” A fourth one commented, “Bach ke rehna, fridge ke nazdik mat jana.” “Fridge or suitcase?” asked a netizen.

For the unknown, Fahad’s Twitter handle bio stated that he is the Maharashtra unit president of the Samajwadi Party’s youth wing. He tied the knot with Swara Bhaskar on 6 January 2023 in presence of her parents at the registrar’s office.
