The 71st Miss World Pageant was held at the Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai on March 9. Krystyna Pyszkova from the Czech Republic won the coveted title of Miss World 2024. Before being crowned the Miss World, Krystyna was given the title of Miss Europe in the top 4 selection of the competition. She was a recipient of the Best Fashion Designer Award – Europe, during the competition. Some of Krystyna’s hobbies include playing a transverse flute and violin. She has attended an art academy for 9 years.
As per more information, Krystyna Pyszkova is currently working on two degrees in Law and Business Administration, along with being an international model. Also a philanthropist, Krystyna is the founder of Krystyna Pyszko Foundation, which works for the betterment of underprivileged children. The Miss World Organisation states that one of the best moments of her life was when she opened an English school to provide better education for the children of Tanzania.
Reports state that as a part of the Beauty With A Purpose project, the model worked on the development of the school in Tanzania. It was inaugurated by Krystyna, and she became a volunteer to provide standard education for the children. She started her foundation from her home country of Czech Republic, where it aims to provide education programs to not only children, but also to the senior citizens, and people suffering from any mental disability.
After Krystyna was crowned Miss World, Yasmina Zaytoun from Lebanon became the first runner-up. The event was held in India after 28 years, where Sini Shetty from Mumbai became the country’s representative. Unfortunately, the Femina Miss India 2022 did not make it to the final top 4 of the competition.
