Shilpa Shetty has offered a glimpse into her Rs 100 crore Mumbai house via Farah Khan’s vlog. The massive home, named Kinara, has caught everyone’s eye for its opulent interiors. However, the house is especially in the headlines since the Mumbai Police has issued a Look Out Circular (LoC) against actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra in a Rs 60 crore cheating case.

In her latest vlog, Farah Khan takes her cook, Dilip, to Shilpa Shetty’s house in Juhu. The entrance itself is a teaser of the luxury to be expected inside. The door features intricate carvings of lotus flowers in gold. Two silver elephants also sit at the entrance, along with artworks and plants.

The main hall features antique mirrors with wooden decor. The home itself has stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Farah aptly calls it, “Kundra ka mahal.” A giant Ganpati idol sits inside the house, which also features expensive artwork throughout. The ground floor has both a formal living space and an informal, brighter space for the family to spend time together.

Farah also gave fans a glimpse of Shilpa’s grand bar and massive home gym, which is equipped for all types of workouts that the actress wants to do. The home also features several intricate sculptures carved out of wood, including that of an elephant. A leather-detailed lift then takes one to the first floor- the living quarters.

This floor is designed with a palace-like theme with an indoor fountain, a giant horse sculpture and expensive paintings and rugs. The entryway of this floor, which is like a house in itself, features glass floors and fresh flowers. Shilpa’s green-themed modular kitchen has a separate air conditioner and a corridor for big appliances like her refrigerator.

Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra Rs 60 Crore Cheating Case

Reportedly, this house is worth Rs 100 crore. The palatial home has caught everyone’s attention due to Shilpa and Raj’s involvement in a Rs 60 crore cheating case. A case was registered by the Mumbai Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) based on a complaint by Deepak Kothari, who accused Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra of cheating him.

The complainant has alleged that the couple defrauded him of over Rs 60 crore, which involved Shetty and Kundra’s now-defunct company, Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd. He alleged that between 2015 and 2023, he invested the amount with them under the pretext of business expansion. However, instead of using the funds for business, the money was allegedly diverted towards personal expenses. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s lawyer had earlier denied the allegations, saying they were purely civil in nature and had been adjudicated by the NCLT Mumbai on October 4, 2024.
