Heeramandi 2 Confirmed; Taha Shah Might Return?
If the latest reports are to be believed then the opulent drama is set to return with another season! Heeramandi actor Indresh Malik who played Ustaad has confirmed Heeramandi 2!
A Times Now report also claims that Taha Shah might return with season 2. A source said – “He may return in Season 2 as Tajdar and Alamzeb’s son.”
Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Heeramandi stars Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal Mehta, and Taha Shah Badussha, with Farida Jalal, Shekhar Suman, Fardeen Khan, and Adhyayan Suman in recurring roles.
The show revolves around the lives of tawaifs in the red-light district of Heeramandi in Lahore during the Indian independence movement against the British Raj.

After the success of Heeramandi, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is taking a well-deserved 2-month break. Post which, he will start the work on his next project – Love and War.
The love triangle drama set against the backdrop of a war, will be featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. Reportedly, yet another female actor is set to join this cast.
