Chiyaan Vikram’s Upcoming Project Now Has A Title
The film will be released in two parts.

In the South industry, it is common to announce big updates about upcoming films on the birthdays of the leading stars. Chiyaan Vikram celebrated his birthday on April 17 and on the occasion the makers of Vikram 62 released the title and the first look of the film. The film is now titled Veera Dheera Sooran. The makers have opted for a unique approach to unveil the film’s title. While it’s common for filmmakers to reveal the title through posters or short teasers, the makers of Chiyaan 62 chose to release a video depicting a scene.

Meanwhile, a group of men is shown lurking near a grocery shop, evidently plotting something against a man there. When the man confronts them, Vikram appears wielding a gun and shoots the group, revealing the title Veera Dheera Sooran. The video ends with a birthday wish for Vikram. Additionally, Vikram also shared a still, revealing his look from the film, along with the title Veera Dheera Sooran. He captioned the post “If you are a Gangsta, I am a Monsta”
Veera Dheera Sooran will be directed by SU Arunkumar, whose last film, Chithha also got numerous critical acclaim. The film’s technical team features GV Prakash Kumar as the music composer, Prasanna GK as the editor and CS Balachander overseeing art direction. Noted cinematographer Theni Eswar will be in charge of filming the project. In an earlier announcement video, the creators provided a preview that showcased the actor in an action-packed role. The film is poised to be an action thriller. The film will be released in two parts and the team has confused fans by announcing that Part 2 will be released first instead of Part 1. Only time will tell what the makers mean.
Vikram was most recently featured in Mani Ratnam’s two-part magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan. He will next be seen in the action spy film Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One – Yuddha Kaandam, which has been in production for years and in Pa Ranjith’s Thangalaan.
