Avengers Endgame Encore has found an audience even after its re-release in India. On September 28, Avengers Endgame Encore faced its first Monday test.

According to the latest update from Sacnilk, Avengers: Endgame Encore collected Rs 2.35 crore on its first Monday, marking its lowest single-day collection since its re-release. The film opened with Rs 7.25 crore on Friday, followed by Rs 7.65 crore and Rs 7.55 crore on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Its total India net collection now stands at Rs 24.80 crore.

The re-release arrived in four languages — English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. As expected, the English version contributed the bulk of the film’s earnings, while the Tamil and Telugu versions recorded negligible collections.

Avengers: Endgame follows the Avengers who are left behind after Thanos wipes out half of all life in the universe. Determined to bring back those they lost, the heroes come together for one final mission. The film was directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, with a cast that includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson.

The next film in the franchise, Avengers: Doomsday, will bring together characters from across the Marvel universe. The film will see them face a new threat that could have major consequences for the multiverse. Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to release on December 18.
