Amitabh Bachchan Says He Is Feeling ‘Blessed’, Thanks Fans For ‘Love and Affection’ On 81st Birthday

Amitabh Bachchan took to his Instagram handle in the wee hours on Thursday to express gratitude towards fans for sending him birthday wishes. The Bollywood superstar mentioned that he is feeling ‘blessed’ for getting immense ‘love and affection’ from fans on his special day.

“This love and affection it beyond any effort to repay it .. blessed and filled with unending gratitude,” Amitabh wrote as he also dropped a picture from his Wednesday evening fan meet outside his residence. Check out the post here:

On Wednesday evening, Amitabh Bachchan made a special appearance outside his Jalsa residence in Mumbai to meet and greet his fans. He was seen sporting chandan-tika and wore multiple garlands, as he stepped outside his home. Several photos and videos of Big B also went viral on social media.

A number of Bollywood celebrities including Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Jay Devgn among others also wished Amitabh Bachchan on his birthday. Shah Rukh Khan also penned down a heartwarming note for Big B and wrote, “Tough runs don’t last….tough runners do. And Sir you are the toughest of them all.
