Alia Bhatt has decided not to attend the Cannes Film Festival this year. She was expected to make her debut at the event as a brand ambassador for L’Oréal.

Alia Bhatt Cannes Debut Cancelled Or Maybe Postponed?
Alia was supposed to attend the grand opening ceremony and had planned to fly to France over the weekend. However, due to the current tensions between India and Pakistan, Alia has chosen to stay back.
She made this decision to show her support and solidarity with her country during a sensitive time. As per Midday report, a source revealed that Alia felt it was not the right moment to celebrate or attend an international event when the nation is dealing with serious issues.
There were several activities planned for Alia at Cannes, especially on the first two days of the festival. While she has canceled her immediate travel plans, there is still a chance she might attend the event later. The Cannes Film Festival runs for 11 days, so she could fly out if her schedule allows it and if the situation becomes more stable.
For now, Alia is staying in India and focusing on her work and responsibilities at home. Fans will have to wait and see if she makes a late appearance at Cannes.
Alia Bhatt Upcoming Movies:
