Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2, also starring Riteish Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor, witnessed a dip in numbers on Wednesday owing to the current political atmosphere. Initially, the drop seemed significant, but it ultimately affected only 10–15% of the film’s business. However, with the evolving situation, it’s uncertain how things will unfold in the coming days.

Raid 2 box office collections:

The film had a good opening weekend, collecting Rs. 70 crore nett in the first four days. It held steady on Monday with Rs. 7 crore nett, and Tuesday saw almost no drop. On Wednesday, the collection declined to around Rs. 5.25–5.50 crore nett, largely due to the ongoing India vs. Pakistan crisis. Nevertheless, the damage isn’t substantial.

With this level of hold, the film is poised for a solid second weekend despite competition. The 100 crore nett milestone is likely to be reached by the second Friday, barring any unforeseen developments.
