Dhamaal4 lives up to its title, taking the madness to an altogether new level… LOL moments in first half, excellent post interval, with tadka of emotions in climax… Don’t look for logic – this one’s a stressbuster. Final word? Leave your thinking caps and logic at home – just sit back and enjoy this ride!

The writing, meanwhile, feels trapped in a version of Bollywood comedy that audiences have outgrown ages ago. It makes you want to revisit the original Dhamaal, Golmaal, Dhol or Welcome – films that probably understood an important truth: loud isn’t automatically funny.By the end, the characters finally discover the giant ‘M’ they’ve been searching for. You, however, may spend the entire film searching for a single genuine laugh. And unlike the treasure, you won’t find it.

Well, the film has too many flaws, and the biggest one is the unimpressive dialogue. Dhamaal’s USP used to be the funny punches. In this part, you do miss them for sure, as the film relies more on slapstick and situational comedy. Post-interval, the film suffers from a sluggish pace, depending too much on gimmicky tropes that will cater to kids, but not to grown-ups. The film looks more like an adventure fantasy park ride than a comedy about a treasure hunt.Despite the flaws, Dhamaal 4 retains the franchise for good. It is a fun rollercoaster family entertainer, with a heart, tailor-made for kids.
