However, what this Malayalam flick manages to achieve on a moderate budget is genuinely commendable. It stands as a successful venture on its own terms, offering a distinct narrative experience despite familiar undertones.
Sambhavam Adhyayam Onnu Story:
The story follows a cop who enters a dense forest region and soon finds himself entangled in an investigation that is anything but ordinary. He is joined by two fellow officers as they pursue a case that gradually evolves into something far more complex. During their search operation, they receive communication from another cop via a walkie-talkie, yet they are unable to locate him physically within the forest. As the mystery deepens, they discover that the missing officer belongs to a different timeline—specifically, from the same date 30 years in the past. With this revelation, the narrative expands into a layered time-loop scenario where the protagonist must navigate two, three or maybe more intersecting timelines and uncover a way out of this perplexing situation.

In fact, it becomes increasingly interesting as it progresses, drawing the viewer deeper into its mysterious and slightly mythological world. The concept of time loops may feel familiar, especially for those who have seen Edge of Tomorrow, but the conflicts and narrative treatment here are sufficiently different to hold attention. As suggested earlier, this story offers no easy escape, which adds an extra layer of intrigue and tension.

The cinematography is visually appealing, if not exceptional, effectively capturing the eerie essence of the forest setting. The editing deserves credit for maintaining narrative clarity and ensuring that the film does not lose its grip on the audience—especially important for a thriller that relies heavily on sustained engagement. Additionally, the locations contribute an authentic texture to the storytelling, while the production design remains adequate and functional.
